Carlita I. Tello-Cardenas, 33, of Silversands Road in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Tatiana Bojka, 37, of Valley Street in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dale Jonathan Clark, 19, of Stannard Avenue is charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

Thomas A. Johnson, 58, of Bishop Road is charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Patrick T. DaCosta, 26, of Bennett Road in East Haven is charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Kennasia Graham, 23, of Hoffman Street in West Haven is charged with interfering with an officer.
