Michael J. Cassella, 38, of Aspen Glen Drive in Hamden is charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegally taking payment card.

Paul D. Conroy, 46, of Prospect Avenue in New Haven is charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Adona E. Elmore, 34, of Brainerd Road, is charged with interfering with an officer, possession of a controlled substance and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles D. Vaughn, 58, of Shore Drive is charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Michelle A. Gates, 45, of Townsend Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
