Marek Gwiazda, 46, of Austin Ryer Lane is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Leesan M. Villa, 44, of Marshall Road is charged with permitting a minor to possess alcohol.

Paul Decola, 53, of Farren Avenue in New Haven is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Anthony J. Gaudio, 23, of Chittenden Road in Killingworth is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
