Justin Maldonado, 22, of Red Hill Road is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Russell L. Lopinto, 22, of Burlington, Vermont is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Abdullah Latif, 60, of Woodin Street in Hamden is charged with second-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.
