Lisa Gargano, 40, of Wilton Road in North Branford is charged with interfering with an officer.

Jose L. Cruz, 29, of Adeline Street in New Haven is charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, second-degree breach of peace, and possession with intent/narcotic substance.

John Paul Orozco-Rios, 27, of Sunset Manor Drive is charged with DUI with a child passenger and risk of injury to a child.

Elena M. Vera, 36, of Main Street is charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Bret M. Zielanski, 44, of Watch Hill Road is charged with two counts of violation of probation.
