John Ginnetti, 69, of Warpas Road in Madison is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Brittany Lindgren, 27, of Durham Road in Guilford is charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Jasmin Sierra, 25, of James Street in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

Angela Costa, 38, of Birmingham Street in Bridgeport is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Brian Seymour, 59, of Homestead Avenue in Hartford is charged with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Justin A. Tourangeau, 31, of Church Street is charged with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.
