Michelle Scoppetto, 28, of Clifford Street in Waterbury is charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Matthew J. Corbett, 38, of Norton Street in New Haven is charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Joseph A. Feero, 49, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven is charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Daniel P. Lewis, 51, of Shore Drive is charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Robert Lynch, 40, of Maple Hill Road in Guilford is charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Richard A. McCormack, 34, of Atwater Street in East Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
