Cheryl Calandro, 47, of Mill Street in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher J. Lawlor, 32, of Charleton Way in Hamden is charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, second-degree breach of peace, and public indecency.

Christopher Stanton, 50, of Brookwood Drive is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Pedro Cruz, 34, of Davis Drive in Bristol is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Brandon M. Downing, 20, of Stonegate Circle is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

Angela A. Mastroianni, 45, of State Street in North Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Neftali Fernandez, 27, of Rosette Street in New Haven is charged with interfering with an officer and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Erica O. Williams, 24, of New York is charged with second-degree criminal mischief.
