Branford Police Arrests for Dec. 3 to Dec. 5

Biagio A. DiLieto, 29, of Pineview Drive, Branford, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than a half ounce) and paraphernalia on Dec. 4. The court date was set for Dec. 14. Arresting officer: Christopher G. Manner.
Joseph F. Hopkinson, 31, of Burr Street, East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and using a cell phone while driving on Dec. 5. The court date was set for Dec. 21. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula.
