Branford Police Arrests Include Assault and Larceny Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Michael DelFranco, 34, of Stonegate Circle is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Xiaohu Huang, 51, of Dominican Road is charged with third-degree assault.

Jenna D. Kroop, 22, of Montoya Circle is charged with disorderly conduct, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of narcotics.

Jennifer L. Palmer, 46, of Harbor Street, is charged with disorderly conduct.

Alex J. Rodriguez, 30, of Montoya Circle, is charged with possession of narcotics, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Vega, 21, of Redwood Drive in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Stephanie A. Cooper, 33, of Saltonstall Parkway is charged with reckless driving, driving while impaired, possession near a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

Giovanni Fassett, 24, of Swift Street is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Jessica Herms, 26, of Clintonville Road in Northford is charged with DUI.

Alexandria J. Highsmith, 22, of Summer Lane is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
