Louis W. Holmes, 27, of North Main Street is charged with DUI, weapons in motor vehicle, following too closely, and for having no insurance.

Frank K. Cole, 68, of Main Street is charged with third-degree possession of child pornography and third-degree criminal attempt to possession child pornography.

James P. Petonito, 45, of Goose Lane in Guilford is charged with violation of probation.
