Branford Police Arrests Include DUI and Identity Theft Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Timothea A. Hanna, 25, of Ivy Street in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, and illegal use of a credit card.

Michele A. Caruso, 49, of Coe Avenue in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Anthony V. Quartiano, 24, of Atwater Extension in East Haven is charged with reckless driving and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Kevin Smith, 23, of Main Street in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

David T. Perkins, 45, of Highland Avenue is charged with reckless driving and DUI.

Jose A. Rodriguez, 29, of Wolcott Street in New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny.
