Branford Police Arrests Include Fugitive from Justice and Drug Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:
Rayshon Gray, 22, of Davenport Road in New Haven is charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
Victor H. Lopez, 28, of Woodside Road in Guilford is charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana and possession of hallucin or marijuana.
Jennifer L. Ruocco, 45, of Field Drive in Wallingford is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Tarese Scruggs, 22, of Saltonstall Avenue in New Haven is charged with simple trespass, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
Irene Yacono, 36, of Pineview Drive is charged with breach of peace.
Sierra T. Courtney, 28, of Winchester Avenue in New Haven is charged as a fugitive from justice.
