Branford Police Arrests Include Identity Theft and Robbery Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Michelle L. Alex, 33, of Gulf Brook Drive is charged with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury.

Maurice A. Bacon, 20, is charged with third-degree forgery.

Jason M. Fazekas, 39, of Long Hill Avenue in Shelton is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Anthony J. Gambardella, 56, of Harrison Avenue is charged with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, breach of peace, and first-degree threatening.

Eric Kousen, 26, of Pentecost Street is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, manufacturing/possession of burglars tools, and refused to be fingerprinted.

Eric Shane Szcerkowski, 31, of Cedar Hill Lane in Salem is charged with sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft, and receiving goods and services illegally.

Howard Titus, 81, of Rose Street is charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, third-degree criminal trespass, and unlawful discharge of a firearm.

Orlando Velez-Shade, 26, of Howard Avenue in New Haven is charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and first-degree unlawful restraint.
