Branford Police Arrests Include Sexual Assault and Larceny Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Angel Alvarado, 35, of Church Street in Wallingford is charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer.

William D. Horlacher, 51, of Asylum Street in New Haven is charged with issuing a bad check.

Michelle A. Caruso, 48, of Coe Avenue in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Thomas J. Mitchell, 29, of Main Street is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Andrew Stone, 19, of Ivy Street is charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury.

Paul R. Zemina, 60, of Manor Place is charged with disorderly conduct and assault.

Andrew DeLillo, 38, of Cedar Court is charged with fifth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

Dominic Montalvo, 33, of Saltonstall Parkway in East Haven is charged with third-degree larceny.

Rachel L. Petrosino, 28, of Saltonstall Parkway in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dominic Randi, 35, of Townsend Avenue in New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny.
