Branford Police Arrests Include Strangulation and Assault Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:
Emmanuel Strickland, 19, of Branford Road in North Branford is charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, and risk of injury.
Alisha J. Stringer, 20, of Main Street is charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Alonzo Cayenne, 40, of Jamaica Queens, NY is charged with third-degree criminal trespass and manufacturing/possession of burglar's tools.
Philip A. DeLieto, 26, of Milton Street in New Haven is charged with third-degree assault.
Erin M. Infantino, 32, of Collins Drive is charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
William J. Markunas, 51, is charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
Bianca L. Monte, 18, of Kenny Drive in New Haven is charged with risk of injury, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Randy G. Pacsay, 53, of Bowhay Hill Road is charged with DUI and reckless driving.
