Branford Police Arrests Include Threatening and Assault Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Brandon M. Cafagna, 28, of Montowese Street is charged with interfering with an officer, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Wilfredo Rivera, 37, of Howard Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny and four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Mark Sachs, 59, of Cherry Hill Road is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of conditions in the second-degree.

Christopher J. Smith, 29, of Monroe Street is charged with disorderly conduct.

[Name Removed], 45, of Crouch Road is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Melinda L. Marshall, 40, of Crouch Road is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jennifer K. Tracy, 30, of Airline Road in Wallingford is charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Paul A. Tracy, 35, of North Airline Road in Wallingford is charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Luke C. Wallace, 35, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
