Branford Police Arrests Include Voyeurism Charges

Branford Police Arrest Log:

Marquese Moore-Hayward, 25, of Plymouth Street in New Haven is charged with third-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Wallace J. Skinger, 71, of Hollis Lane in Plainville is charged with voyeurism and criminal attempt to commit voyeurism.

Brandon Cafagna, 28, of Briarwood Lane is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Joseph Lampo, 55, of Lloyd Street in New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Erica L. Schultz, 31, of Woodlawn Avenue is charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

Michael Skowronski, 23, of Cedar Street is charged with DUI and evading responsibility.
