Nayelhy Vicuna, 25, of Hamden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

April 17

Angelo Capparella, 44, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening, and disorderly conduct.

April 18

Christopher Donald Hancock, 36, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Clinton Edwards, 55, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
