April 20

Kathleen Elizabeth Weissman, 61, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

April 21

Marlon Leon Arevalo, 25, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Glenn Sansone, 64, of Milford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

April 22

Deseree J. Billups, 25, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Kentrell Kyi Manni Kelley, 23, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Dayana Katheryne Lucero, 19, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Orlando Quintana-Gonzalez, 20, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
