April 4
Emanuel N. Ranger, 29, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree identity theft.

Marcus Simms, 26, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree forgery, second-degree criminal trover, larceny of a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, issuing a bad check over $2,000, interfering with an officer, creating a public disturbance and second-degree failure to appear.
April 6

Paul Ciancola, 71, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Henry R. Figueroa, 39, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Alan Frank Santos, 41, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree burglary, interfering with an officer, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear.
April 7
Dominick Angelo Deluise, 38, of Branford, was charged with evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
April 8
Mark Quartson, 52, of Branford, was charged with second-degree strangulation/suffocation and third-degree assault.
