Bryan F. Candelora, 35, of Rose Street is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and evading responsibility.

Linda E. Cardona, 54, of Bronx, NY is charged with first-degree forgery, first-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, and fourth-degree criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny.

David Tobey, 37, of Sundance Drive is charged with violation of probation.

Orlando Rullan, 43, of Monroe Street is charged with first-degree criminal property damage.

Jose A. Alvarado, 42, of Prospect Street in Derby is charged with interfering with an officer, criminal attempt/fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
