Gabriel Joseph Amato, 56, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

April 6

Robert Lee Banks, 52, of West Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Timisha N. Hopkins, 34, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

April 7

Jonathan Rubet, 23, of Guilford, was charged with first-degree stalking/violating a court order and violation of a protective order.

Tania Andrea Teofilo, 42, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation.

Luke C. Whitmore, 36, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree violation of a conditional release, third-degree assault, criminal attempt at third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

Tyler John Moss, 25, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility with physical injury and reckless driving.

April 10

Afsheen A. Kashif, 41, of Wallingford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

April 11

Ross C. Manley, 32, of Branford, was charged with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny.
