Aug. 4

John E. Vitti, 61, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening/physical threat, and second-degree failure to appear.

Sojournal M. Hodges, 49, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Yazmin Marie Rivera, 35, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with an officer.

Aug. 5

Zoey Athan, 50, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Thomas J. Giaimo, 58, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jeffrey Charles Grusse, 42, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aug. 6

Edward J Parrette, 54, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless burning, and illegal sale of fireworks without a permit.

Chetendra Panta, 61, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Aug. 7

Patricia C. Apuzzo, 46, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jonathan Edward Finnegan, 22, of Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer.

Thomas A. Johnson, 66, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, second-degree failure to appear, and interfering with an officer.

Aug. 8

Joseph Ernest Lillo, 44, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and criminal impersonation.

Aug. 9

Kathleen Ann Punzo, 68, of Branford, was charged with second-degree assault, criminal attempt third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Steven J Punzo, 61, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
