Melvin J. Abreu, 42, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Timothy P. Buono, 43, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Barry M. Esposito, 61, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 24

Cynthia Ann Perillo, 53, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny, and criminal attempt sixth-degree larceny.

Jack Fenwick Downes, 22, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kyle Benjamin Downes, 24, of San Diego, was charged with disorderly conduct.
