Louis William Holmes, 30, of Main Street, East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Amanda C. Koontz, 27, of Ivy Street, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Ciara Cassidy, 26, of Hoadley Road, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Megan M. Coates, 35, of Main Street, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Angela A. Mastroianni, 47, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
