Elvin A. Leiva-Otiz, 33, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dec. 23

Janaya Marie Gonzalez, 19, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 24

Carl A. Meiser, 41, of Providence, RI, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dec. 26

Henry J. Baixauli, 60, of New Haven, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Dec. 27

Jason E. Turoczi, 39, of Milford, was charged with first-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

Angel Gabriel Hidalgo-lam, 27, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Daniellie Marie Rodriquez, 27, of Torrington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
