Shanice Jonnae Lucky, 31, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 27

Kennedy E. Mitchell, 53, of Branford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Zoltan A. Verrillo, 39, of Cheshire, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, engaging in a police pursuit, reckless driving, and interfering with an officer.
