Joshua Christopher Sullivan, 20, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, and disorderly conduct.

Andrew William Austin, 30, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Dec. 29

Nicole A. Patenaude, 43, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dec. 30

Lawrence Caple-Benson, 27, of Hamden, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Jan. 2, 2023

Marco Lata-Leon, 35, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Erik Santiago Rivera-Melendez, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jan. 3

Angel Alvarado, 42, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, first offense.
