Michael B. Foley, 31, of New London, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Sheila Kolodnicki, 68, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jose M. Lazaro-Escobar, 28, of Norwalk, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized conveyance of items into correctional institution or to inmate.
Dec. 9
Alecia A. Massaro, 32, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Dec. 11
David C. Moon, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Jose R. Rodriguez, 43, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint and fourth-degree sexual assault.
