Cynthia Marie Vergati, 49, of Townsend Terrace, New Haven, was charged with third-degree identity theft, and illegal credit card use.

Clinton Edwards, 49, of Sherman Avenue, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Margaret Bratsensis, 73, of Highland Avenue, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Marzena Zielinska, 43, of Highland Avenue, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
