Dec. 11

Christopher Ruggerio, 19, of Alps Road, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree sexual assault.

Jeffrey William Sager, 43, of Flat Rock Road, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety officer, and second-degree breach of peace.

Dec. 12

Edward James Carlona, 47 of Hughes Street, East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree larceny.

Michael Judson Merrill, 52, of Thoreau Road, was charged with with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace.

Dec. 13

Robert Canter, 37, of Edgar Street, East Haven was charged with assault on a public safety officer, and second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Tyler Trolanoski, 29, of Main Street, was charged with violation of probation.

Dec. 16

Thomas Michael Rasmussen, 42, of Montauk Avenue, New London, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, and fourth-degree larceny.
