Feb. 15
Roy Baransky, 57, of Branford, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 16
Robert Benevich, 41, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Theodore Forney, 23, of Nashua, NH, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
Monique Morales, 34, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree and sixth-degree larceny.
Mark A. Pereira, 45, of New Haven, was charged with first=degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 17
John S. Fitzsimmons, 41, of West Haven, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of second-degree harassment.
Feb. 18
Jillian Nelson, 38, of Branford, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit and reckless driving.
Jamie L. Welles, 35, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.
