Feb. 6

Lynn E. Raczkowski, 60, of Thoreau Street, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Feb. 7

Kenneth Robert Janco, 68, of Viall Road, Danielson, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Paul Arthur Giordano, 32, of Ivy Street, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 8

John D. Warfield, 51, of Alex Warfield Road, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Breyanne Talbot, 26, of Violet Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Christopher Bolden, 46, of Brooklyn, NY was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
