Onofre Jersy Daniel Zambrano, 27, of Clinton, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and second-degree breach of peace.

Michael Alexander Baldwin, 43, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear/pending charges.

Tyler DiSisto, 30, of Woodbridge, was charged on an extradition arrest/no warrant with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 27
Jadaliz Calo, 20, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
Feb. 28
Lindsay Celeste Walsh, 38, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
March 2
Christopher M. Mansi, 37, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal attempt/first-degree larceny, and third-degree identity theft.
