Edward Philip Rivera, 34, of Bay Path Way, was charged with negligent storage of a firearm.

Feb. 2

Mark A. DeSimone, 43, of Valley Street, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Luis Rivera, 39, of Jones Street, West Haven was charged with driving under the influence.

Kevin A. Pervis, 54, of Emerson Street, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
