Jason M. Simmons, 45, of Branford, was charged with first-degree robbery, fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

Gregory Francis Brady, 60, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
July 14
Michael James Sheehan, 54, of Madison, was charged with second-degree sexual assault.
July 17
Adriana E. Sculley, 42, of Branford was charged with assault of a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
July 18
John F. Farrell, 34, of Meriden, was charged with cruelty to animals.
Carly Mitchell, 42, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
