Robert Joseph Savino, 76, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 18

Shontae L. Brock, 36, of no address listed, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Michele Fraenza, 55, of East Haven, was charged with reckless driving.

July 19

Justin Lee Van Horn, 40, of North Branford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, and disorderly conduct.

David Jacobs, 41, of Branford, was charged with violation of probation.

Nicholas Dominic Palermo, 31, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
