Jonathan Carmen, 46, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
Arron J. Smith, 27, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.
July 21
Amanda Christine Koontz, 31, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation.
Latress Chanie Sanchez, 25, of Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.
July 22
William H. Gordon, 67, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
July 23
Amy Fusco, 43, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Armando L. Naranjo, 44, of Palm City, FL, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
