Christopher Carbone, 26, of Chidsey Drive in North Branford is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Floyd M. Smith, 51, of Jefferson Road is charged with failure to register —sexual violence.

Jason Robert Barba, 19, of Leetes Island Road is charged with disorderly conduct.
