Santosh Shrestha, 30, of Briarwood Lane is charged with fifth-degree larceny and illegally taking payment card.

Edwin Nealon, 28, of Stonegate Circle is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Rashawn Bryant, 25, of North Ivy Street is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Erica L. Schultz, 33, of Woodlawn Avenue is charged with criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, payment card theft, third-degree identity theft, and receipt from illegal use of credit card.

Kyle Northam, 36, is charged with second-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree identity theft, three counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts each of first and second-degree failure to appear, reckless driving, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Bongsub Gong, 65, of Indian Woods Road is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Patrick Wyld, 34, of Westledge Road in West Simsbury is charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Emily P. Iasparra, 31, of Aceto Street is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Sheala Westley, 31, of Highland Avenue in Middletown is charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

William F. Costanzo, 47, of Shaw Drive in North Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
