Ursula Balcerzak, 36, of Florence Road is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Clinton Edwards, 48, of Sherman Avenue in New Haven is charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Tyler Jabaut, 24, of Frank Street in East Haven is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Kaitlyn A. Marshall, 26, of Crosswoods Road is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Michele Distasio, 47, of Wildwood Drive is charged with disorderly conduct.

Brian Peterson, 28, of Sylvan Avenue in New Haven is charged with three counts of violation of probation, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

Anthony Toscano, 29, of Pond Point Avenue in Milford is charged with first-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
