Marvelio Moreno, 39, of Sherman Avenue, New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and voyeurism with malice.

Stephen White, 45, of Rowe Avenue, Milford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

March 3

Troy Keith Birkett, 50, of Treat Street, West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Darlene Michelle Pouncey, 34, of Sherman Parkway, New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Michael K. Wilkinson, 50, of Middle Road, Guilford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Aaron Wesley Johnson, 44, of Sherman Avenue, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Curtis Arthur Meinsen, 60, of Toole Drive, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
