Patty Excovar, 61, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Paol Gabriel, 43, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and reckless driving.

Mark Jay McCarthy, 53, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a restraining order.
