Patricia A. Excovar, 54, of Piscitello Drive is charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegally take payment card.

Louis W. Holmes, 30, of Mill Plain Road is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Daniel J. Thomas, 38, of Savoy Street in East Haven is charged with first-degree failure to appear and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
