Orlando Miguel-Roblero, 42, of Blatchley Avenue, New Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and reckless driving.

William Pagan, 19, of Laurel Street, East Haven, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order, second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree larceny, third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, and interfering with an emergency call.
