John D. Collins, 55, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Bruce J. Steiniger, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree forgery and fourth-degree larceny.
Jennifer R. Golia, 45, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Nov. 19
Alexia Marie Negron, 32, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
Vincent M, Pascarella, 37, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 22
Michael D. Gonzalez, 33, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.
