James T. Lee, 37, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Ryan Matthew Kilbride, 42, of Branford, was charged with violating a protective order.

Dec. 3

Matthew Jared Ruber, 28, listed as homeless, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Dec. 5

Henry J. Baixauli, 60, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Harold L. Ives, 67, of Branford, was charged with violating home improvement contract requirements.

Jared Michael McNamara, 39, of Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence or while having an elevated blood alcohol content.

Dec. 7

Jason R. Giardiello, 35, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
