Sharon L. Jacobson, 63, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Nov. 12
Shawn L. Moore-Harris, 25, of New Haven, was charged with illegal possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, illegal use of a facsimile firearm, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree failure to appear.
Nov. 13
Joseph Edward Smith, 69, of Niantic, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
