William V. Taft, 51, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Joshua G. Miletty, 22, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree threatening, first-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Luzzi, 30, of Trumbull, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 18

Stanislaw A. Balaji, 24, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
